1. Returns
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid via credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed to the same account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@mimitoybaby.com. We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged item for verification.
We will offer a replacement or full refund for any damaged or defective items, including reimbursement for return shipping fees. You must report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., batteries, certain toys)

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we may not be able to process cancellations, but you can initiate a return once you receive your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
